Tell Us What Is Going
The more you can tell us up front, the less back and forth there is and the closer the first number will be to the final one. A photo does most of the work.
- Free, no-obligation estimate
- Priced by truck space, not by weight
- We carry it out, you do not lift anything
- Swept clean before we pull away
What to Include in Your Request
Nobody can price a load honestly without seeing it, but a couple of photos get us most of the way there. Stand back far enough that the whole pile or room fits in frame, then take a second shot of the doorway, gate or hallway we would carry through. The details below fill in the rest.
- Roughly how big the pile is. A comparison works fine. About half a garage, one bedroom’s worth, a pickup bed, that sort of thing. Pricing follows the space the load takes in the truck, so this is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
- Where the items actually are. A back bedroom, an attic, a detached shed, the far end of a fence line. Carry distance matters as much as volume on a lot of jobs.
- Stairs. How many flights, and whether there is a tight turn or switchback a box spring would have to round.
- Access for a truck. Whether we can back up the driveway or have to park at the street, gate width if the items are behind a fence, and anything low overhead like a carport roof or tree limbs.
- Whether the items are outside already. A pile sitting on the driveway is a faster job than the same pile spread across three rooms, and the quote reflects that.
- Anything unusual in the load. A refrigerator, a piano, a safe, a hot tub, pressure treated lumber, or furniture that needs bagging before it leaves the room.
- Any deadline you are working against. A closing date, a move-out inspection, a lease turnover or an estate sale date tells us where the job has to sit on the schedule.
What Happens After You Submit
The request comes straight to us. We read it, look at the photos and come back with either a price or a short list of questions if something is unclear. If the job can be priced from photos you get a number covering the load and the cleanup, along with what is included.
Response times vary with the day and the weather. Storm weeks are busy across the whole Wiregrass at once, so a request sent the morning after a severe line comes through takes longer to answer than one sent on a quiet Tuesday. We are not going to promise a turnaround on a page and then miss it. We answer in the order requests arrive and tell you if something slips.
Once you accept, we set a time and work backward from any deadline you gave us. There is no follow up pressure if you decide against it, or decide to wait. Not right now is a perfectly good answer.
Service Area
Dothan and Houston County are home base, and the surrounding Wiregrass towns are part of the normal route. Each has its own page describing the work that actually comes up there.
The services themselves are covered on the furniture removal, appliance removal, cleanouts, yard and storm debris and dumpster rental alternative pages. Common questions are answered on the FAQ page, and how we run a job is on the about page.
